Dartsee tablet options and models: This spreadsheet lists our recommended tablet to be used as Dartsee game controllers. Other models might also work, but please reach out to us about them.

2. Unboxing and assembling your Dartsee units

Dartsee assembly manual (for our partners): This manual comes in handy when you’ve received your boxed up units and you’re curious about the next steps. This manual describes the unboxing process of your Dartsee units, the tools needed to get them up on the wall and the process of assembling your units and getting them ready.

3. Software setup and installation
​
These video guides aim to help you out with setting up your tablet and calibrating the Dartsee ring. These steps can only be done during the live installation session with our team.

Tablet install help video: This video can be used after you got your QR code from us.

Dartsee calibration help video: This video can only be used after the tablet has been set up. It explains the process of the “board calibration”. It is a little outdated, due to continuous improvements this won’t be “step 3” of the calibration as it is stated in the video, this is the one and only step you’ll have to do.

Dartsee CMS (Content Management System) guide: This presentation explains the options to customize your Dartsee unit to fit your specific venue even better. This can be done in our CMS, which can be reached at https://cms.dartsee.com. If you have not received your login information yet, please reach out to us about it.

Dartsee replacement parts guide: This guide enumerates the available replacements parts and aims to answer the questions you might have about replacements.

7. Other resources

These are not normally needed during standard operation.

Dartsee identify cameras help video: This video explains the steps to take to help the computer successfully identify the cameras placed around the ring. This is normally done automatically, so it’s only necessary in certain situations.

Dartsee camera calibration help video: This video describes the steps to take to calibrate the cameras in the Dartsee ring. This only has to be done if a camera has moved or has been replaced. Shouldn’t be necessary during normal operation.

Set private DNS on dartsee tablet to avoid DNS problems. This is a workaround for a rare problem, when the tablets cannot access the dartsee computer only by ip address.
