Why this role exists

Dartsee is growing quickly, and with growth comes more backend systems and increasing technical complexity. We’re looking for a mid-level developer who will help develop and maintain our pub segment systems, ensure reliability, performance, and take ownership of backend improvements.

What you’ll do

You’ll actively contribute to our backend systems that power Dartsee, including:​

  • Develop and improve payment systems for our pub segment.

  • Streamlining user processes

  • Maintain and fix smaller customer-facing systems, ensuring reliability and stability.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • Experienced in Node.JS, PostgreSQL and React 19

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in related field

  • Fluent in English (we are an international team)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Scala 

  • Familiarity with backend architectures

  • Proficient in Hungarian
