As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our finance team — and we’re now looking for a Finance & Operations Associate to join us.

Why this role exists
Dartsee is growing quickly, and with growth comes more financial transactions, processes, and operational tasks. We’re looking for a junior associate who will support our day-to-day finance and office operations, while gradually gaining exposure to broader financial processes and projects.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn, develop, and grow together with a scaling tech startup.

What you’ll do
You’ll support and gradually take ownership of Finance operations at Dartsee, including:
Finance-related tasks
You’ll support the financial operations of the company, including:

Tracking and administration of financial transactions

Supporting invoicing-related tasks

Keeping systems and databases organized and up-to-date

Assisting with client-related financial administration
Operations tasks
You’ll also help keep our office operations running smoothly:

Supporting smooth office operations and handling office supply purchases

Helping keep our documents organized, filed precisely and tracked (including sending via post)
What we’re looking for
Must-haves

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field

Strong openness to learning and development

High level of precision and reliability

Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Patient, kind, and open communication style

Advanced English and Hungarian skills (we work in an international environment and team)
Nice to have

Experience with basic financial administration or invoicing

Interest in startup or tech environments

Willingness to participate in financial projects beyond daily tasks
