As we continue to scale internationally, we need someone who can provide responsive day-to-day support while also proactively engaging with customers to strengthen long-term relationships.

What you’ll do
  • Provide day-to-day customer support via WhatsApp chat, ensuring fast, friendly, and precise communication.

  • Collaborate with international colleagues during daytime hours to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Understand Dartsee’s dart system (hardware + software) to confidently assist customers with technical questions.

  • Lead proactive outreach projects, connecting with customers to improve engagement, gather feedback, and enhance satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Strong empathy and kindness in customer communication.

  • Precision and attention to detail.

  • Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you look for improvements.

  • Ability to understand and navigate a complex software tool.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience working with IT hardware.

  • Basic understanding of how networks operate.

  • Experience working with abstract or system-based tools (e.g., Workday or similar platforms).

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or customer-facing roles.
