THE POSITION​

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our projects and operations move forward efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating projects and timelines – keeping tasks organized, deadlines on track, and communication clear across teams.

  • Improving internal processes – helping us document, organize, and refine how we work (from shared drives to communication channels).

  • Collaborating across teams – working closely with developers, support, and marketing to ensure smooth execution.​

 

Requirements

• We’re not just after a task manager — we’re looking for someone who can think, adapt, and take responsibility.

• You might be the right fit if you have/are:

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations or a related field

  • Experience in project coordination, operations or logistics

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, able to see the big picture

  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment

  • Confident using modern digital tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, project management platforms)
