IT helpdesk position at a fast growing startup
We are a fun modern camera based darts game solution. We are looking for a new IT help desk specialist. Most of the work is chat-based customer support and occasional system testing. Long-term contract, equipment provided, 40 hours work week. Successful tech company with 5+ years, global clients.
The Job

Provide customer support via WhatsApp chat and manual testing.

Work daytime hours and collaborate with international colleagues.

Receive a darts system for testing.

We have two similar positions, in different time zones.
In the first position you will work closely with our colleague in Pakistan, so you should be in a similar time zone:
