We are Dartsee — a very fast-growing tech startup of 30 people — and we’re now looking for our first dedicated HR professional. One of our founders has already laid down the foundation of our HR processes, and now we’re searching for someone who can run, refine, and further develop these processes as we continue to scale.

What you’ll do

You’ll support and gradually take full ownership of all HR operations at Dartsee, including:

Recruitment tasks

• Posting job ads and coordinating candidate pipelines.

• Screening applicants via TestGorilla (a skill test site) assessments and video interviews.

• Collaborating with team leads throughout the hiring process.

​

Onboarding and administration

• Preparing contracts and necessary documentation.

• Providing newcomers with a smooth, supportive start.

• Setting up accounts, access, and systems for new joiners.

• Organising HR related projects. 

 

People & Culture

• Organizing internal trainings and learning opportunities.

• Supporting company events, including our biannual offsite.

• Running company surveys, analyzing results, and suggesting improvements.

• Supporting day-to-day HR tasks to build a strong, engaged, and happy team.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

• 1–3 years of work experience (you may be a recent graduate or even in your final year if you already have relevant work experience).

• A degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong people intuition — you “get” people quickly.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, strong ownership.

• Great communicator with a kind, supportive personality.

• Fluent English and Hungarian (we are an international team)

Nice to have.

• Experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or People Ops.

• Experience or interest in startup environments.
